This wine is made with Garnacha Blanca 70% from 40 years-old vines in “tapàs” and “panal” terroirs, and Viognier 30%. After its fermentation, we do the assemblage. This means that the half of the wine is aged in 300 litre French oak for 4 months and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to achieve the highest varietal expression.
Powerful and lush entry full of well integrated flavours in the mouth. It is creamy with a extremely fresh and mineral finish that grants elegance to the wine.
