LASSOT

Lassot born in our “Tossal” plot, a unique and special family vineyard. Here, old Hairy Grenache vines take root in “tapàs” soils (red lutite), rich in history. A tribute to our heritage and the Mediterranean in its purest form.

TASTING NOTES

Aromatically, it presents an explosion of red fruits with different nuances, complemented by aniseed elements and an exotic finish of blood orange peel.

On the palate, it reflects the same fruity notes found on the nose, with seductive, elegant, and juicy tannins. A fresh and delicate finish, without losing the length and richness of Mediterranean great wines.
