This wine is made with Garnacha Blanca 100% from old vines in “tapàs” and “panal” terroirs . After its fermentation from each plot separately to add nuances, we do the assemblage. This means that the half of the wine is aged in 500 litre French oak for 4 months and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to achieve the highest varietal expression.

Via Edetana is made with Garnacha Fina and Garnatxa Peluda in equal parts from old vines grown in “tapàs” , “tapàs blanc” and “argil·les” soils. Different fermentations are made from each plot to obtain a wider range of nuances, and they are completed we made a unique assemblage of both grape varietals. Then it follows 12 months aging in 300l. French oak barrels before assemblage and bottling.

This wine is made from 100% de Carinyena old vines in chalky soils of “tapàs blanc”. Each plot is fermented and aged on its own for 12 months in 500l. French barrels so to add more nuances and to show its utmost expression.
