Prices

Pricing for available items on this website include VAT. Transport costs will be added accordingly to order volume. Such cost will also include VAT, and will be clearly stated at order’s summary before acquisition process is completed.

Product availability

Online inventory is constantly updated, always shipping vintages listed on website at purchasing. Provided an item is out of stock, customer will be offered a total refund or an alternative vintage at the same price.

Delivery and Geographical area

Delivery will be made by courier. If cell number is provided, customer will receive a SMS from courier during morning of delivery day. Order is shipped within 24 hours after purchase date, and delivery is expected within three working days after shipemnt from Edetària. Deliveries are only allowed within Spain’s peninsular territory.

Buyer’s age requirement

Please note that you must be over 18 years old to buy Wine.

Return Policy

Customer has the right to return goods within 7 days after delivery, provided a notification of return intentions is sent by email to info@edetaria.com within these 7 days. First Edetària will make sure goods are in the right condition, then amount paid will be refunded once shipping costs are deducted, shipping cost will be covered by customer. Likewise provided packaging is damaged, refunded amount will be in accordance to damage suffered by shipped goods.

Distance sales are regulated by law 7/1996 d’Ordenació del Comerç Minorista, modified by law 47/2002 according to Directiva Europea 97/7/CE. Data policy complies with law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection.
